Our red wines are characterized by an intense color, developing slowly. We look for
aromas of fresh red and black fruit associated with floral notes, transforming over time into a truffle bouquet. We make every effort to get ripe grapes and we look for the maturity of the pips. The particularity of the wines of our region is to have tannins, and these are present especially in the pips. They must be ripe to give velvety wines in attack and silky in the finish, without being astringent.
This research results in a wine profile with a sugar-free sweetness and an amazing
youth. Our red wines are beautifully structured, full-bodied, dense and very representative of the assertive character of our appellations.
