Our rosé wines are a real curiosity. Mainly made from Cabernet Franc, they have fruit (a lot), freshness and tenderness. But also character and a nice balance.

Bordeaux Rosé AOC : Belle Rosée


Surface : 4 ha

Terroir : Limons et Graves.

Average age : 30 years

Production : 20 000 bottles

Blending : 70% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot Noir.

Vinification and aging : Direct pressing. Low temperatures fermentation. (16°C) Aged on fine lees.

Tasting :

This rosé has a light and clear colour. It is fresh and delightful with a fine nose, where fruity aromas of raspberry and grapefruit are intermingled with delicate floral scents.
Mineral and well balanced in the mouth, it finishes with pleasant citrus fruit aromas.
This attractive and trendy rosé is going to be a must for your aperitifs. It’s superb with salads, couscous, stuffed tomatoes, sushis… Ideal for a relaxing moment, it will provide a vivifying moment for your body, senses and spirit.

Bordeaux Clairet AOC

Surface : 7ha

Terroir : limestone and clay, with gravel

Average age : 20 years

Production : 30 000 bottles

Blending : Cabernet Franc 100%

Vinification and aging : Skin maceration for 48 hours.

Low temperatures fermentation at 16°C.

Aged on fine lees


Tasting :

This Bordeaux Clairet is a real curiosity vinified as a light red wine. Fruit, freshness, tenderness, which does not exclude balance and character. Made from cabernet franc, this gives to this wine a lot of elegance. Ideal in summer, as an aperitif, with cold buffets and grilled meat, this gourmet rosé accompanies with superb salads,
buckwheat pancakes, a chicken curry, Italian and exotic cuisine …
