No sulphur, no sugar and no yeast added
This bottle is a prowess as we like them at Fontenille.
Inspired by the ardour of the Pet. Nat. but also by the precision of a champagne, we imagined to shape this bubble with all these contradictions. The challenge was to keep the fruit intact without any additions throughout the traditional process.
In the end, generous, fleshy, crunchy and yet frank, fine and lively, it keeps its promise.
A piece of advice: pop the cork at the beginning of the festivities, it prepares the mouth for the agape.

Pet.Nat. is a natural, artisanal sparkling wine made with the Ancestral method. Unlike Champagne or Crémant, where sugar and yeast are used in the wine to make a second fermentation and this bubbles, the Pet Nat consists in bottling wine whose fermentation is not finished. Stéphane’s little bonus is the disgorging phase, which allows the wine to be clean and clear.
