Light gold colour. Nose with an interesting and immediate pureness, with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches. The entry is sharp and ample at the same time. The palate is nicely well balanced. It has a pleasant fat and the finale is lightly peppery, with a nice lingering finish. The blend being mostly Sauvignon, it brings to this wine a sharp and intense lightness. It will be a perfect accompaniment for seafood and salmons, sushis, paellas and sauerkraut dishes. Worth a try on goat cheese.

Vinification and aging : Skin maceration from 10 to 24 hours. Low temperatures fermentation (16°C). Aged on fine lees.
