Bordeaux is the source of the original sauvignon and we are devoted to glorify the nature. Our dry white wines have a lively and intense lightness with aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit offering an invigorating break for the body, the senses and the spirit.

Blending : Sauvignon blanc 40%, Sauvignon Gris 20%, Sémillon 20%,Muscadelle 20%
Vinification and aging : Skin maceration from 10 to 24 hours. Low temperatures fermentation (16°C)
Aged on fine lees.
Light gold colour. Nose with an interesting and immediate pureness, with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches. The entry is sharp and ample at the same time. The palate is nicely well balanced. It has a pleasant fat and the finale is lightly peppery,with a nice lingering finish.
The blend being mostly Sauvignon, it brings to this wine a sharp and intense lightness. It will be a perfect accompaniment for seafood and salmons, sushis,paellas and sauerkraut dishes. Worth a try on goat cheese.

Blending : 50% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% sauvignon gris
Vinification and aging : Vinified and aged in new French oak barrels for 6 months. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring.
A clear gold yellow colour, with a fresh and delicate oaky nose. A very elegant expression with soft and mineral notes. A superb balance of softness and acidity. The acidity is promising… with a persistent and spicy end taste.
Ideal to share with friends for the aperitif. This wine is great with fish in sauce, poultry, cheeses, sushis and scallops. Try it with a salmon carpaccio. Leave in a decanter before serving, allowing the wine to develop and settle.
